You’ll be eligible for a full refund if you report the issue within 14 days of the purchase date.
Your full purchase price — including shipping, fees, and applicable taxes/duties — is automatically protected if your purchase qualifies. All payment methods are included, so you can shop securely using Western Union Payments or Remitly (available in the UK, US, Europe, and Australia).

- If your item is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at quikfystore@gmail.com to start a claim.
- If your item arrives significantly not as described, contact us at the same email to start a claim.

Eligible Purchases
- Items purchased directly through the QUIKFY STORE website using the BUY button.
- Purchases completed outside our platform are not covered.
- Transactions completed in person are not eligible.
Missing or Delivered Items
- If tracking shows your item as delivered, we cannot guarantee a refund. Please check with neighbors or household members first.
- For repeated parcel issues, we recommend steps to prevent theft.
- If your claim is for a damaged or not as described item, you must keep the item during the claim process. Refunds cannot be guaranteed for disposed items.

- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time without liability.

Buyer Rights
If QUIKFY STORE does not issue a refund, this does not affect your right to pursue claims directly against the seller. Our Terms of Service (including this protection policy) are supplemental and do not limit your rights under local consumer protection laws, which remain fully intact.
