Quikfy Store – Return & Exchange Policy

At Quikfy Store, we want you to feel confident when shopping for clothing and jewelry with us. If your order isn’t quite right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags and packaging.
  • Jewelry should be returned in original packaging without damage or signs of wear.
  • Due to hygiene, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or would like to swap for another product, we’ll be happy to help, provided the item is in stock.
  • Clothing can be exchanged for another size or style.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we can issue store credit or a refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved.
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • In cases of damage or incorrect items, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order, including photos for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, sale and clearance items, and earrings (unless defective) are considered final sale.
